About the Position:
A multi-location Ag retailer desires an aggressive, enthusiastic, and goal oriented Salesperson to bring new ideas and direction to an already strong agronomy department.  The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-disciplined, and have strong communication skills as well as have prior dealings with seed, fertilizer and crop protection products. 

 

This company is an extremely progressive outfit that promotes based on performance, not years of service.  They offer an extremely competitive base pay to go along with a top notch benefit plan.

 

Requirements:
minimum of 1-2 Yrs. experience preferred            

 

Applicants should have a proven experience in this field, and be able to work independently with minimal training and supervision. Applicants from other industries will not be considered.

 

CCA would be preferred but not required

Compensation:
Company offers excellent compensation, $35,000-$50,000 DOE plus benefits.
