Description: Eaton Corporation located in Moon Township, PA has an opening for an Aftermarket Marketing Manager.

The primary function includes but is not limited to:
-Lead and manage the PCSO Aftermarket business to achieve aggressive growth.
-Develop and implement a growth strategy to significantly impact aftermarket revenues and profits.
-Lead global efforts to combat counterfeiting and gray marketing of Eaton Corporation's products.
-Work with multiple divisions, EAD/EESS for application specific and ECD/ICD for component specific aftermarket promotions and marketing activities.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement an aggressive growth strategy to increase global Aftermarket revenues including a 5 year strategic plan.
- Develop and Execute an Overall Sales and Marketing Plan.
- Manage growth, pricing strategies and department resources to optimize profit potential. Share best practices with PCSO global divisions.
- Lead implementation of actions to counter competitive gray market activities and anti-counterfeiting measures.
- Develop and own marketing tools to increase ease of customer experience, such as the YES catalog, Customer Affinity Web Tool, etc.
- Act as the liaison with the EESS, EAD, ECD and ICD organizations to stimulate growth opportunities with products and services.
- Coordinate Nuclear 1E activities for the PCSO divisions.

412 Qualifications: Position requires knowledge and experience with the variety of market segments in the electrical industry. Sales, marketing communications and P&L responsibility highly desirable. A minimum of 10 years electrical industry or related field experience required. A bachelors degree in engineering, business or technical discipline required. Graduate degree in business preferred.
