Our Chatsworth, California location is seeking an Receiving Inspector for Anixter-Pentacon, our division specializing in the distribution of fasteners and small components to OEMs.

What we expect from you!

Experience in mechanical inspection and/or in the fastener industry.  Good basic math and intermediate/advanced drawing interpretations. Able to read, comprehend, and ensure compliance to internal standards, drawings, and customers’ requirements. General knowledge of Mil-Spec flow down of processing specifications (such as heat treat metallurgical, plating, and coating) Basic knowledge of first article inspection reports per AS9102. Computer skills necessary to document findings and produce inspection reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High school graduation or equivalent.
