Parker’s Customer Support Operations team is dedicated to providing the users of Parker Aerospace products with the premier service they expect.  We are a repair and overhaul facility.  Our employees are dedicated to providing a full spectrum of logistics support and repair services to our valued airline customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

We have a challenging opportunity for a hands-on Hydraulics Systems Engineer in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  The successful candidate will be responsible for

-   supporting Hydraulic Systems Division products - this includes active involvement in programs to improve and/or monitor product reliability, system performance, etc.

-  develop system level training for system familiarization, system diagnostic tools to assist in troubleshooting and isolation faults, etc.  

-  work closely with customers to monitor system performance, looking for product trends which may affect system reliability.

Minimum requirements

-  Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, aerospace engineering or directly related technical discipline.

-   8 + years work experience in related hydraulics products and systems.  

-  Demonstrated knowledge of system engineering theories, principles, industry practices, policies in the area of hydraulic systems. 

-  Effectively communicate, respond to inquiries and or complaints relative to system issues from customers, regulatory agencies, etc.

-   Ability to travel internationally.

-   Willing to relocate to Kalamazoo, Michigan.
