Factory Design Labs is a highly creative Denver-basedadvertising agency that boasts a client list most shops only dream of: Audi,Paramount Pictures, Oakley, Airwalk,  Scarpa, The North Face,  WinterPark ski resort, and Sony Pictures; to name a few.

Our clients come to us for progressive and award-winning work. Theawards on our shelves are not dumb luck as a result of a project we managed tosneak through. It's an expectation on each and every job we begin. Due tocontinued growth, we have an opening for a Media Coordinator.

Thisposition is entry level and serves as support to the Media Department. 

 

JobResponsibilities:

 

+Insertionorder generation, maintenance, revision, and record keeping

+Creatingand maintaining monthly budget summaries

+Invoicereconciliation

+Create andmanage CLW documents, including providing online specs to Account Managementand Creative

+Create andmonitor online tracking

+Traffic andensure accuracy and receipt of all online materials

+Work withAccount Service on weekly status documents

+Printpositioning reports

+Added Valuenegotiation and summary

+Update andmaintain accurate flowcharts

+AssistMedia Planners with proprietary research

+Helpgenerate and follow-up on Request for Proposals

+Create andmaintain publication data such as cost, demographics, and circulation in mediadatabase

+Authormedia “Point of Views”

+Work withmedia team to create media recommendations

+Work withmedia vendors to gather accurate close date information

+Maintainall appropriate plan “details”

+Managecritical ad delivery timelines

+Assist withAudi monthly reporting as necessary

+Communicateworkload to supervisor in order to appropriately adjust deliverable dates

 

Requirements:

 

+BachelorsDegree in Advertising, Marketing or related field strongly preferred, includingcoursework in media planning

+Mediaplanning/buying experience preferred, and will consider internship experience

+Excellentorganizational skills – critical for success in this position

+Detailoriented with solid math skills

+Proficiencyin Microsoft Office

+Enthusiastic,“goes above and beyond” to achieve results

+Exceptionalinterpersonal and communication skills
