We are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator for the Internet Sales team to support sales reps in building and maintaining advertising revenue. The Advertising Coordinator will report to the VP of advertising based in the New York office.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manages the advertising elements (media, RSS, video) of a sales campaign Enters the Insertion Orders (IO) process, which includes entering them into the tracking system Interacts with agencies/cleints and handles purchase orders; trafficking and reporting of ad campaigns Works closely with Finance, Edit, Internet, and Ad Operations and Internet Marketing teams Manages Inventory availability across all sites and brands Conducts month end closing, processing, and reporting Supports the sales managers as needed

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of solid experience, preferably in ad sales or an Internet traffic role Excellent communication and computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferably have some knowledge of ad-serving technology (OAS system a plus) Strong desire to be a part of a winning team
