OUTDOORS is a free magazine dedicated to outdoor recreation, distributed to 535 locations throughout the Front Range and southern Colorado. We are based in Colorado Springs and are the largest outdoor recreation newspaper in Colorado.

We are growing and need part-time advertising consultants to join our existing sales staff. You would be contacting outdoor recreation and tourist advertisers throughout Colorado. Our advertising consultants receive a base, commissions and expenses based upon their advertising sales, from 25% to 35%. Candidates should enjoy speaking with people, be outgoing, have good communications skills and love to make cold calls to businesses. Previous sales experience is required. Previous media sales experience is a plus. OUTDOORS provides training. Our staff works with some of the most interesting businesses in Colorado, mostly in the outdoor recreation field.

Requirements:

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 to 5 Must be available at least some time each week day Hours are flexible. Work from your home Telephone with long distance service A computer with high speed internet access Must own and be proficient in the use MS Outlook, Word & Excel
