Job Description We have two opportunities in our Baltimore office for a successful business to business outside sales professional to join our team selling print and internet advertising solutions. With the objective of building long term relationships, you will prospect, close and service accounts in an assigned territory. One position will service Anne Arundel County and the other Frederick, Maryland.
Responsibilities Advertising Account Executives are responsible for: * Consultative selling: creating interest, meeting with decision-makers, analyzing customer requirements, demonstrating return on investment * Developing and implementing territory management strategies * Directly growing revenue with customer accounts * Prospecting, qualifying and closing new accounts * Solidifying long-term relationships and providing outstanding customer service
Qualifications Qualified candidates will have demonstrated a consistent pattern of success in: * A proven track record of 1-3 years in B2B outside sales. * Exceptional communication skills (written, oral, and listening) * Excellent organizational, prospecting, canvassing/territory management skills * Ability to meet required deadlines while establishing and maintaining a strong presence in the market * Good driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within an assigned territory
