ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Conducts analysis and special projects as assigned to advance the retail business objectives. Develops/Completes financial analysis in support of marketing initiatives. Participates in the development and implementation of new product pricing. Prepares Retail Electric price quotes for targeted open markets using the Price Quote Management system, requiring close interaction with the Sales and Commodity Costing group. Leads/Participates in process improvement initiatives

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Marketing or related discipline. Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Proficient at data manipulation and analysis. Candidate must have excellent computer skills with spreadsheets and databases. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required and in Access is preferred. Knowledge of SAP, Brio, ABP and Visual Basic programming a plus. Prior experience in electric rate tariff interpretation or design, forecasting, analyzing customer load patterns, or financial reporting is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as is the ability to efficiently handle multiple assignments.
