Compensation: Total Target Cash $60,000 + potential bonuses
Job Description:
As an ADT Commercial Sales Manager you will be in the highly visible position as leader of a team with assigned markets/districts. You will be responsible for planning and achieving the commercial sales plan and increasing ADT’s market share. To support this goal you will be responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching and motivating the commercial sales team to achieve or exceed their goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the customer service function and relationship are handled in an efficient and effective manner.
Responsibilities:
Ø Implements and administers sales programs
Ø Ensures complete utilization and training of Commercial Sales personnel
Ø Informs sales representative of latest sales policies, techniques, pricing, equipment and technology demonstrations
Ø Conducts sales meetings as determined by need
Ø Performs in-field appraisals of immediate subordinates and coach as necessary
Ø Develops sales representatives skills for upward mobility
Ø Recruits and trains new sales representative according to manpower/staffing plans
Ø Coaches and motivates sales team to exceed their goals
Requirements:
Ø Education – College Degree in Sales/Marketing or other related Field
Ø Experience – Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, preferably in the commercial sales arena
Ø Skills – Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated management success
Strong interpersonal and coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to drive and motivate sales team
Presentation Skills
Ability to lead by example
Ability to interact with Senior Level and Executive Management
Comfortable in the corporate environment
Computer proficient
Activity Driven
