Admissions Representatives must possess a strong belief in the value of a career education, and be motivated by helping people advance their career and create a better life for themselves and their families.   Each representative receives a weekly allocation of leads and the enrollment process requires a heavy telephone workload to convert inquiries into prospects, convert prospects into applicants, and to work with applicants to complete the process of enrolling in school.    The Admissions Representative is the personality of the institution, and must be able to build rapport, help the student define their career goals, demonstrate how the degree can help them achieve their dreams, and hold students accountable to their commitment to their educational and career goals.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
·  Quick response to company generated leads, plus the ability to generate your own leads 
        through referrals.
·   Ability to schedule interviews with prospective students via inbound and outbound 
     telephone calls.
·    Develop a relationship on the telephone with potential students, learn about and help them 
     articulate their educational, financial and family goals. Demonstrate how enrollment and 
     graduation from Westwood College Online can help them achieve these goals.Obtain the 
     commitment from potential students to attend Westwood College Online.
·    While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly need the Ability to hear 
      and willingness to work on the telephone a minimum of 85% of the work shift. Use hands, 
      fingers, and wrists to write, and work with computer keyboards and office machine.        
     EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
·        Some college required, Bachelor’s degree or current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree preferred ·        2 years experience in sales or customer service in educational sales/support, or in hospitality, telecommunications, financial services, fitness or other service industries. ·        Demonstrated track record of success in a competitive sales environment. ·        Willingness to work weekends and/or early morning or evening hours as required. ·        Be effective member of a team.  
COMPUTER EXPERIENCE
Must have solid knowledge of computer operations perform 10-key accurately and have basic knowledge of email and spreadsheets, databases, and word processing software such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.  
     LANGUAGE AND MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
     Have the ability to read and interpret basic to complex documents.  Communicate professionally   
     both orally and in writing.
