The Art Institutes has an opportunity for a sales professional to recruit students in West Virginia. Ideally, this candidate will be based in the Charleston area. This is an entry level admissions position that requires the ability to meet production plans by scheduling with high school teachers and delivering dynamic culinary multimedia presentations in the high school market. An interest in cooking is a plus.

Ideal candidates will be:

•           Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently from a home office.

•           Able to meet and exceed production plans.

•           Computer literate on a Windows platform.

•           Able to travel overnight up to 50% of the time during the 180-day school year.

•           Able to deliver informative and motivational presentations on creative career topics to a high school audience.

•           Positive, caring, and have a need to help others.

•           Effective communicators to large audiences.

•           Able to conduct cooking demos in high school classrooms

•           Accept responsibility for a given territory and the success of that territory.

•           Bachelor's degree is preferred but associate/diploma degree candidates will be considered.
