LOCATIONS IN BERGEN, ESSEX, PASSAIC and MORRIS COUNTIES! 

Huntington's Center Directors are professional motivators who adhere to achieving goals and objectives of their centers. They lead a team of dedicated full and part-time employees, in providing the utmost in care and service to their students. They help to create a bond with parents during both initial and ongoing conferences.  They promote our services through school and business contacts, and deliver the finest supplemental services available to students anywhere in the United States.
Successful candidates will have the ability to diagnose key indicators of their overall success, and will be responsible for the financial health of their centers. In turn, Center Directors are compensated handsomely with a base salary and generous commission.

  

Detailed Job Responsibilities:

Reports to the Regional Director and is responsible for meeting revenue, operations, and marketing goals at the Center through marketing, generating new business,and retaining existing business.Developing staff by conducting weekly and monthly meetings with staff to discuss goals and the action plans to meet them.Manage Center's finances, including cash flow, payments, deposits,refunds and any expenses related to staff.Conferencing with parents.

 Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree 5 to 7 years experience in related field Desire to work with school-aged children Evening availability
