Santa Fe Tow Service has an immediate opening for an Administrative/Office Assistant for our Salvage Division located in Kansas City, Kansas. This individual will work closely with insurance companies, other tow companies, body shops and vehicle owners to arrange vehicle pick up times within a 24-hour timeframe. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication/organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
· Take incoming calls from customers
· Make outgoing calls to coordinate pick up times/ locations
· Get cars released in a timely manner
· Assign drivers to calls/locations
· Prepare appropriate paperwork for vehicle releases/pickups
· Ability to prioritize calls/drivers
· Familiar with make/model of vehicles
· Familiar with Kansas City Metropolitan area
Skills/Qualifications:
· Excellent communication/organizational skills
· Attention to detail/accuracy a must
· Exhibit strong work ethic – punctuality/dependability
· Basic computer skills – Microsoft Office
· Able to handle fast-paced and demanding environment
· Work independently as well as a team player
· Willing to go the extra mile to take care of our customers
