CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD, a global commercial real estate services firm has a unique opportunity for a multi-skilled Administrative Brokerage Coordinator in our Fort Myers, Florida office.
This Administrative Brokerage Coordinator position will provide administrative, marketing, research, project coordination and client support to a highly successful real estate brokerage team. Will be responsible for a wide variety of duties including coordinating marketing materials, research, front desk reception, updating sales pipeline, and researching comps. In addition, this person will have heavy client contact; handle investor inquiries, schedule property tours, and field marketing calls. Person will also handle all administrative duties for the team including the maintenance of client databases, web site, performing mail merges, and other general office duties.
Ideal candidate will have 4-year college degree, real estate license (or desire to obtain), and 5 or more years in a professional service or sales environment. Ability to multi-task is essential. Individual must be highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint - other graphics software experience is a plus. Also, candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, initiative, and attention to details with speed and accuracy. Previous commercial real estate is a plus.
