TITLE: Administrative Assistant POSITION SUMMARY: Yoh HR Solutions, a leading provider of talent and outsourcing services has an immediate, full-time, opportunity for an experienced HR Office Administrative Assistant to join our Yoh HR Solutions team on our client's site in Schenectady, NY. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide office support to the HR4U Data Management team. - Client relations/interface on a day-to-day basis as related to scope of position. - Provide end-to-end support of a client group for all office administration tasks. - Overall management of daily office operations: - Conduct daily quality audit reports; preparing monthly reports - Create/Maintain various spreadsheets; Create/Issue Pensioner letters; Conduct mass mailings - Maintain log of billing hours and daily tasks completed. - Create/maintain purchase orders - Order Office and Kitchen supplies - Work with Accounts Payable/Finance teams to expedite vendor payments - Coordinate/organize office functions and Special events - Coordinate completeness of all staffing related forms, processes and on boarding including tracking, organizing and filing efficiently. - Conducting various miscellaneous projects as assignments - Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Extremely strong Excel and Word Skills, MS Access is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communications - Ability to multi-task - Organization Skills - Desire and ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment. - High School Diploma - Substantial prior related experience Benefits:
