CADimensions, Inc., a growing Value Added Reseller with offices in Syracuse, Albany, Rochester and Buffalo is looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual for a full time Administrative Assistant in our Rochester location.

 DESCRIPTION:  Provide comprehensive Administrative support for Sales team and Marketing activities. Candidate needs to demonstrate strong clerical and customer service skills. Would prefer some inside sales experience.  An individual who is a multi-tasker, enjoys working with customers and embraces the ability to help others will thrive in this fast-paced, dynamic company.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provides ongoing support to the sales staff by issuing reports, performing research, and carrying out duties to enhance the sales process.

·         Answer phones in a professional manner, assist clients with routing calls and taking messages

·         Customer interaction is involved and one must be able to anticipate customer needs and concerns and provide solutions.

·         Supports Marketing initiatives 

 

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

·          Prior Administrative support experience, in a sales environment preferred.

·          Possess excellent analytical, organizational, time-management and communication skills

·          Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook a must

·          Inside sales/customer service experience a plus

·         Ability to handle multiple projects and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

 

 

MINIMUM EXERIENCE: 2 years of related work experience 

 

EDUCATION: two year degree preferred

 

COMPENSATION: salary will commensurate with experience.
