Sylvan Learning Center located in Manteca, California is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to help our teachers prepare for instruction and assist them during instruction. You will be responsible for supervising students. The job involves clerical and administrative duties as well and requires strong computer and organization skills. You are expected to have good working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. You should have excellent communications skills and should be able to provide strong customer service. Experience in a prior position working with children in an education setting is a plus.

Part-Time position: Mon to Thu (3-7:30pm), Fri (3-5:30pm) & Sat (9-1pm).

To qualify, you need atleast a high school diploma with a strong GPA. You should have completed some college work, candidates with A.A. degree preferred. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking educational environment.
