We also serve thousands of individuals through employee retirement plans.Job Responsibilities:We are seeking a candidate to serve as an Administrative Assistant in Denver, Colorado. The position requires a strong candidate with superior efficiency, work style and professionalism to support the Division Bank Head for the Global Bank Group Distribution team for the Southwest Mountain Division. Candidate must have the ability to interface with both internal home office partners and financial advisors in a fast paced environment. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and PowerPoint. Significant skills in Excel and PowerPoint an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
Work proactively to support the Division Bank HeadCalendar maintenance & scheduling Manage travel arrangements Assist in creating and editing PowerPoint presentations as needed Assist in tracking various data in Excel Process expense reports on a timely basis ; correspond with accounts payable management on all requests to complete transaction Handling telephone calls (responding, screening, and delegating calls, as appropriate) Establishing and maintaining files; Coordinating conference calls and meetings; Sorting and distributing of mail and faxes, as needed; Ordering office supplies and processing invoices Build and maintain relationships with all work related personnel Interaction with home office partners, financial advisors, support staff, clients, etc. with strictest confidence, professionalism and respectAssist Field Specialists Managers in field however possible (i.e. travel & expense, travel)Qualifications:
