Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturer of industrial gases and chemicals, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant at our Corporate Headquarters in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Provide administrative support to Global Credit & Collection Manager and the North America C&C Department, (Manager, 2 Supervisors, 6 Analysts, and approximately 20 Collectors). Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to: calendar management, correspondence/document preparation, PowerPoint presentations, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense report preparation, member of Finance Award Recognition Team, routine typing/copying/scanning, routine meeting arrangement, order supplies, arrange employee office moves with Space Planning, Key Operator for Xerox machine. Collection support includes, but is not limited to: sorting customer mail by looking up collector in Get Paid/SAP, monthly excel reporting, monthly SOD audit in SAP, taking minutes at monthly communication meeting, member of Treasury Safety Committee Team (includes tracking Accident Prevention Techniques (APTs), safety training, existing Ergonomic Evaluator or future training). Flexibility to handle multi-tasks and participate in fast-paced environment with other team members. Global support includes, but is not limited to: website maintenance, taking minutes at monthly meetings, manage Global organizational charts for NA, Europe and Asia. Discretion to handle confidential information. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent with three (3) years minimum experience. Position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent organization. Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment. Will expect candidate to know or be willing to learn/use SAP and Get Paid and web applications.
