Become part of our Houston, Texas office team, and see what a rewarding difference your expertise and commitment will make as an administrative assistant The Administrative Assistant will assist the management team in the day to day activities such as general administrative duties, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with projects, and providing support for other members of the staff. The administrative assistant will also work independently on special projects as assigned by the managing director.
Administrative Assistant
Our ideal candidate must be computer literate with two or more years of administrative assistant experience and knowledgeable of various software programs including MS, Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, ability to type 60 words per minute, excellent phone and communication skills. Creative and ability to problem solve, forward thinking, streamlining work processes, and completing projects in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to work with all levels of management and employees.
