Nielsen IAG is seeking a bright, motivated and articulate Administrative Assistant to work with our Co-CEOs in our NY Office. We are looking for a high-energy individual to join a fast-paced team. The Administrative Assistant must have a “can do” attitude and be able to handle multiple administrative tasks under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate comfortably with high-level executives in all forms (by phone, email, and in-person) are necessary to succeed in this position. General Responsibilities:

·          Maintain calendar of Co-CEOs (plan and schedule meetings)

·          Manage all travel arrangements (including travel plans, hotels, car service, etc.)

·          Set-up internal team and client conference calls as needed

·          Prepare/submit expense reports

·          Provide back-up support to receptionist as needed

·          Professional, client-services approach to communicating with high level clients, internal senior management and all company personnel

·          Other miscellaneous administrative duties as required



Job Qualifications:

·          Excellent communication skills with all levels

·          Ability to proactively support the needs of top-level executives

·          Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks and respond appropriately to constant changes

·          Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills within a fast-paced team

·          A superb level of organization, focus, and grace under pressure

·          Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·          Bachelors degree or higher

·          Helpful, calm demeanor

Preferred:

·          Interest in advertising, media and research a plus

·          Prior work experience in an office environment
