Rapidly growing Interactive Technology company recently named one of the top 25 web and technology companies in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal and specializing the hospitality and medical industries is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
This team member works in a support role to help run the office, administer contracts and files, answer phones and customer calls, and provide overall support to management and staff. Applicant must have a "can do" attitidue and be willing and able to multi-task.
Experience with email, the internet, inbound call handling, file administration are all requirements. The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Outlook as well as be very comfortable with a computer and the Internet. We are a near-paperless office so 90% of this team member's job will be done via a computer.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for greeting our clients and contacts on the phone, fielding and routing customer needs, managing our office inventory and supplies, banking, managing files, contract administration, and assisting the management and staff to succeed in their day-to-day efforts.
Applicant must be have a dynamic personality, office experience, a friendly phone manner, experience with customer service and have a positive attitude and an overall customer focus and attention to detail.
Requirements:
1+ years with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
2+ years with email and the internet
Any actual experience with web technologies or consulting or agency experience are a plus.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Multi-tasking is a must for this position.
