Admin Assistant with HR experience.

Admin assisting in executing global HR Programs, practices, processes & tools for delivery in assigned region/country.
Point of contact for HR queries from employees & benefit providers.
Oversee process to ensure that employee disbursements are processed, properly paid, distributed to the financial system.
Assist administering the payroll process & adoption of the time & attendance system.
Provide wide range of Admin Asst services for large group of line Managers.
Work effectively in complex, demanding environment, maintain professional attitude/demeanor, decisiveness, exercise business judgment, and provide leadership to others.
Utilize technology to perform various duties.
Provide guidance, recommendations, resolution of problems to promote high productivity for Managers.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Should be technically proficient, able to work independently, flexible, adaptable, self-motivated, team player, able to multi task and work in high demand, fast paced environment.
