Position overview:
Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects, as well as production of reports. Maintains records for accounts receivable.
Requirements:
* H/S graduate or higher, 2 years minimum experience in an office environment.
* Demonstrated computer skills, with proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, in-house database and on-line internet research).
*Strong employee relations skills; must be approachable and use integrity.
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Strong desire towards customer service, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with a wide range of clients.
*Demonstrated commitment to getting tasks accomplished and keeping others apprised of progress.
*Self-starter, able to work independently and seek out answers/resources on own.
*Quick to learn and adapt to changing programs and requirements.
*Detail oriented, takes initiative, meets deadlines, multi-tasking, also must have a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently. Also, an ability to communicate in a positive manner with clients and office personnel.
