Flint Hills Resources Polymers National Sales Office
 (Polypropylene and Polyethylene)

- Provide administrative support for Sales and Commercial Management
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Sales Reps.
- Maintain Pricing Matrix Database and prepare price increase letters
- Maintain Customer Sales Contract Database 
- Process sales contracts to customers and to legal department
- Maintain Periodicals Database
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and outside sales reps. in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Process all sales representatives expense reports
- Manage the organization and the flow of files, binders and paperwork necessary for day-to-day reference
- Maintain and distribute promotional items
- Provide back-up for other office administrative functions
- Assist (relieve) with the Receptionist's front desk duty

- 5 + years experience as an administrative assistant 
- Self-Starter with ability to take ownership of responsibilities 
- Flexibility to handle continually changing priorities / demands 
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and people simultaneously
 - Organizational and time management skills 
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook - Database experience
 - High level of personal integrity and confidentiality
 - Ability to learn quickly 
- Strong phone skills and etiquette
 - Professional and calm demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills 

Education Required
High School Diploma required

Education Preferred
Bachelors Degree from an accredited school
