Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Internet Explorer; demonstrated experience with PowerPoint charts and graphs is required
Excellent organizational and proactive administrative skills; good follow-up
Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to think ahead
Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team
Outstanding attention to detail
Demonstrate exceptional proofreading skills (accuracy in work is essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to produce consistent quality results under tight deadlines
5 to 7 years of experience in a professional services environment preferred
Associate or Bachelor’s degree desired

Position Overview
This administrative position will be supporting consultants and the Divisional Practice Leader.


Responsibilities
Preparing and submitting monthly expense reports by deadline
Coordinating client billing process
Arranging travel and preparing trip itineraries
Heavy scheduling of appointments, updating calendars, and coordinating meetings
Developing and enhancing presentations in PowerPoint both visually and conceptually, to ensure client presentable quality
Researching various projects (simple to complex) through departmental, company file, outside sources, and online
Drafting light routine correspondence (preparing initial draft of internal letters, memos, meeting notes, etc.)
Proofreading documents, filing, faxing, copying, and prioritizing/distribution of incoming mail
Answering telephones and responding to routine client requests
Maintaining office supplies
Carrying out other projects and duties as assigned
