Full Time Position with small Advertising Specialty Agency on West Side of Downtown.
Job Purpose: Provides support for Marketing Salespeople.
Duties: Research for Sales Orders; Entering data into Industry Specific Software; Generating Puchase Orders to Factories; Follow up with Factories on Custom and Date specific Orders; Managing Office supplies and reorders; Troubleshooting computer problems; Receiving and Shipping packages. Collect mail from Downtown Post Office Box; Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
