In this key role, you will:
Provide assistance in the day-to-day administration of the unit Conduct research and gather, analyze, and summarize data for projects/reports Answer/screen calls, sort/distribute mail, and greet visitors Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, technical papers, etc. Schedule/arrange meetings and travel Organize and maintain files, correspondence, records, and other documents Take meeting minutes Assist with special projectsThis position requires:
