We are located in Central New Jersey, looking for a bright individual to support the Partners and senior management.
Duties include and not limited to:
O Calendar management
O Meeting coordination
O Travel arrangements
O Welcomes guests and customers and handles their needs.
O Prepares weekly reports
O Special projects as needed.
O Expense reports
O Phones
O Filing
Office environment is casual, but this individual needs to be able to be quick, change gears and organize priorities.
Skills: Attention to detail, good verbal skills,organization, self starter, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and the Internet. Flexibility to do everything from proprietary information to making coffee and catering lunch.
