The Weitzman Group has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and SVP of Administration and Marketing.
Essential qualifications for this position include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation and formattingExcellent telephone etiquetteAbility to interact in a professional manner with all levels of personnel, both internal and externalMicrosoft Word and Excel experience requiredShort-hand experience requiredTranscription experience preferredACT experience preferred, but not requiredFlexibility regarding overtime
Responsibilities:
Primary telephone support for CEOTake shorthand for letters and messagesTranscribe taped dictationOpen and prioritize mailHelp maintain ACT databaseFiling, including maintenance of file cross-reference listMake travel arrangementsPrepare presentation packagesFollow-up on items in suspense fileSwitchboard relief on a rotation basis with other assistants
