Regional headquarters of a leading national commercial property management firm has an immediate opening for an experienced administrative assistant/receptionist. This stable and growing company is located in Downtown Oakland (BART access and free parking in building), offers excellent benefits and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities Include:
Answering and routing phone calls
Communication with tenants and vendors (Must have excellent customer service skills)
Assisting with special events
Responsible for quarterly newsletter - layout, good writing skills and graphics experience (Photoshop and Indesign)
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (MRI)
Database management
General office duties
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidates will posses 2+ years of experience in a corporate environment, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and a high level of professionalism and work ethic. Property Management or Real Estate knowledge a plus.
