Responsibilities may include but are not be limited to general administrative and finance support, document creation, online correspondence, data management, answering phones, interdepartmental communication, coordination of scheduling, event planning, domestic travel arrangements, auditing/ processing of expense reports, and other special projects as assigned. Requirements:
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of administrative support/ executive support experience, advanced proficiencies in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), superior communication skills both written and verbal, and a positive, professional attitude and demeanor.

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 Hourly DOE
