Job Purpose In your role as an Administrative National Account Manager you will manage your assigned account relationship. You will be responsible for all activities related to improving customer's administrative service while closely collaborating cross-functionally with the Marketing, Risk, Originations, Asset Management and Finance functions.
Essential Responsibilities Earn and build relationships with customer executives, senior management, and functional partners. Earn and build trust with Sales partners through open and honest communications. Develop and execute communication plans with customer, sales and operations. Develop data to manage the relationship with metrics. Build and leverage cross-functional teams both at XCS and with sales and customer. Develop and implement a strategic account plan designed to drive Net Promoter Scores by meeting defined administrative goals. Lead the identification, development, and delivery of new solutions and processes to support relationship business objectives. Provide leadership to a cross-functional team on an influence management basis in order to manage all aspects of the relationship. Qualifications/Requirements:
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree (or a High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of customer-facing experience in financial services. Minimum of 7 years of senior sales or program management or operational experience. Demonstrated experience managing people and programs Note that there is a uniformly required employee non-solicit agreement for any SPB and above employee assuming a new job.
