ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE 3 (C1512)
$66,324 - $97,320/Annual
The Oregon Public Utility Commission is seeking an individual with the desire to exercise creative and strategic thinking, applied in matters having significant long range impacts in constantly evolving regulatory frame works. Applicant must be an attorney in good standing with a state bar and possess the ability to conduct complex administrative hearings and rulemakings, analyze and solve problems of broad scope and difficulty involving regulated utilities, and prepare and present independent written legal and public policy recommendations.
