Position Summary
The Marketing Communications Manager will implement marketing plans and collateral materials according to goals and strategies set by the commercial and consumer marketing teams and will execute employee communication plans. Responsibilities include concept development, writing, editing, oversight of graphic design process, and project management.

Primary Responsibilities
• Understand the commercial and consumer marketing teams’ goals, strategies, and tactical plans and in line with the Marketing teams’ direction, create communication and collateral materials that support these strategies and plans.
• Manage the process of developing and executing communication and marketing materials in various forms and formats.
• Manage complex projects from beginning to end, including understanding objectives, assessing needed resources, setting schedules and deadlines, handling review/approval processes, making revisions to address feedback, and ensuring accurate and timely execution that meets marketing teams’ objectives.
• Assess project requirements and engage the appropriate internal and external resources.

Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years work experience in marketing or communications
• Bachelor’s degree, communications or marketing major preferred
• Demonstrated success in the development and execution of communication and marketing materials
• Demonstrated highly-developed and effective writing, editing, and message development skills
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
