Position Title: ACT Test Technician
Shift: Day Shift, Monday – Friday
Position Description:
The Test Technician in the Accreditation and Certification Program is responsible for writing, automating and maintaining test cases to validate third party solutions with MFP and SFP devices. This position provides a direct communication link between testing and solution support teams as well as provides test and validation results/reports to client.
Minimum Requirements:
Required:
Advanced knowledge of MFP printers and error handling Read/Write/Analyze and implement test procedures Recommend and implement process and test automation procedures Strong networking knowledge (LDAP, SMTP, IP Addressing) Knowledge of Microsoft OS’s and Office Applications Understanding of Operating System imaging utilities Proven ability to multitask Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Ability to work alone and in a team environment
Desired:
· Experience with C/C++ or other high level programming language
· Experience with Perl/Visual Basic Script or other scripting language
· Experience with Third Party solutions for MFP’s
