PNC MultiFamily Capital is a leading nationwide provider of financing, equity investments and other financing services to developers, owners and investors in commercial real estate financed with the federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit.

The Acquisitions Associate position will support a team of underwriters on affordable housing transactions. Responsibilities include managing the flow of due diligence, assisting the underwriter with transaction related duties and financial forecasting.

The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field. Prior real estate experience a plus. Candidate must have prior LIHTC experience. Candidate should be well organized, have proficiency with Excel, possess strong writing and verbal presentation skills and be able to work in a team atmosphere. The career path for the right person would be progression to a LIHTC Underwriter.
