Help Clark Appliance be a leader in the appliance industry as an Accounts Receivable / Treasury Management Administrator. The Accounts Receivable / Treasury Management Administrator is responsible for processing payments from customers (cash, checks, credit cards), reconciling and preparing daily bank deposits, generating daily A/R billings, assistaning the Accounting Manager and CFO with collections, maintaining company accounting records, resolving account discrepancies, and supporting the Accounting Manager and CFO with other special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
•
Prior Accounts Receivable / Treasury Management experience a must.
•Expertise in using Microsoft Office products as well as accounting and financial software to record or analyze financial information.
•Ability to maintain painstaking attention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks. Demonstrates a serious commitment to accuracy/A and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
•Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to comprehensive and in-depth analysis, planning, and implementation of every work effort.
•Dependable, career-minded approach to daily assignments.
•Synthesizes all forms of research into clear, thoughtful, actionable deliverables
•Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
•Has excellent organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains historical reference and records data.
•Experience writing professional memos, preparing correspondence, and taking notes.
•Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
•Minimum of Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required.
