A/R Manager:

 

Enhanced Recovery Corporation is a Jacksonville, Florida based debt collection agency and has an accounting manager position opening. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, highly qualified individual to come into our company and help fulfill the needs and vision we have for our payment processing department.

 

Duties:

Provide workflow management and direct supervision of our payment processing department.Responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly client remittances.Review daily work and supporting documentation for accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.Recommend and implement process improvements related to internal controls and payment processing efficiencies.Oversee preparation of daily management reports.Oversee the hiring, training, and review process for new hires.

 

Job Requirements:

AA Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferable.Past payment processing and proven supervisory experience required. Highly motivated, detail oriented with the natural ability to take initiative.Position requires a high degree of accuracy, discretion, personal judgment, confidentiality, and organizational skills.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Capable of exceeding goals with minimal supervision and good business sense are a key to success in this role.
