This position will provide strategic direction to all collection locations and assist the Collection and AR supervisors with overseeing the day-to-day activities within the department.

Responsible for ensuring the overall cash needs of the Company are met through effective collections by:
Skills/Behaviors
Functional/Technical
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 5+ years of related work experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience are required. Transportation experience preferred. Must have previous experience managing a team, Accounts Receivable and Commercial Collections with high volume, high dollar transactions within a medium to large company. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite of products.

Strong influencing and facilitation skills required.
