We are seeking exceptional candidates for the position of AP Manager (Accounts Payable Manager). This position will be based at our Corporate headquarters in Alameda’s Marina Village (San Francisco, Greater Bay Area).

Responsibilities:

The AP Manager is responsible for managing the accounts payable staff and the coordination of the central collection, posting, and payment of invoices of all the Telecare locations. The Accounts Payable Manager ensures that all payments are made timely and accurately. Additional responsibilities include the administration of Telecare’s purchasing card program and year-end 1099 reporting. This position has 4 direct reports

Qualifications/Requirements

· Five (5) years of accounts payable experience is required along with two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.
· Analytical and problem solving skills, excellent supervisory skills, and the ability to work and communicate effectively.
· An understanding of basic accounting principles and a general knowledge of government regulations applicable to the functions of the Accounts Payable Department.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
· Bachelors degree is required or possess a Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation along with a two (2) year college degree in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
· A valid state driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
· A Department of Justice fingerprinting clearance
