Accounts Payable Associate

We also have growing business lines that include Hallmark Rehabilitation and Hospice Care of the West.

We have an immediate need for an AP Associate in the Accounts Payable Department in our Administrative Services Group in Foothill Ranch, California. This position reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor and is responsible for processing invoices from our facilities, selecting documents for the weekly Thursday payment run, researching problem invoices, and responding to inquiries from the facilities.

Experience in an electronic accounts payable processing environment

Multi-facility experience is a definite plus

3+ years of accounts payable processing experience

Proven problem solving ability

Associates Degree preferred but not required

Experience with Great Plains preferred

Experience in scanning documents, ideally with Doclink

1+ years of experience in a similar position within the industry

The ideal individual will be detailed, accurate, and reliable, and will possess solid interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
