Position

Accounting Supervisor

Location

Miami

Responsibilities

§         Review profit and loss

§         Responsible to verify the accuracy of the Balance Sheet

§         Ensure accurate preparation and review of required reports/management information to be submitted to the Corporation

§         Work on value added activities using experience and knowledge acquired in the financial area to work on special tasks/mini projects in order to improve analysis of financials and of internal control processes.

§         Review and assist accountants with daily activities and tasks such as position reporting, futures speculation profits and loss statements, costing analysis, inter-company reconciliations, approving voucher entry, and system integrity.

§         Responsible for general training of new accountants in accounting policy and procedures, controls and financial analysis and training other to maximize utilization of financial systems.

Requirements

§         Bachelor degree in Accounting

§         Total working experience not to exceed 10 years

§         Supervisory experience

§         Professional-level fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English.

§         Ability to lead and implement projects
