Description

. Perform all accounting functions for which includes worldwide financial reporting, margin and profitability analyses, resolution of daily finance issues, and providing financial assistance to the general manager and others within 2. Provide accounting assistance to the Vice President of International Operations. 3. Ensure worldwide compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. 4. Perform the finance role in the MARC Business Management and Audit Program which includes preparation of all corporate MARC reporting, analyzing MARC financial results, ensuring accurate and consistent MARC accounting throughout the world, resolving MARC accounting issues, etc. 5. Review foreign subsidiary financial statements, assist in resolution of all foreign subsidiary accounting issues and ensure subsidiary compliance with U.S. GAAP. 6. Supervise the day-to-day activities of the invoicing and accounts payable areas. 7. Prepare certain monthly operational reports. 8. Assist in special projects as required

Education Required:

four year college degree in accounting (CPA prefer

Experience:

3 - 5 years overall experience
