CAL-AM PROPERTIES, INC., a national property management company headquartered in Costa Mesa, California is seeking energetic, detail-oriented individual to add to their accounting / sales department. Due to our growth, we are seeking to add an individual to our growing staff who can work independently as well as with a team of experienced accountants. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written skills. Property management experience desired, but not mandatory.

Candidates should have the following:

*High school diploma, Associate or higher level degree a plus

*2-4 years experience in accounting environment

*Previous accounting / sales experience a plus

*must be able to work in a fast paced environment

*experience working with automated accounting systems

*Excellent communication skills

*Must be a team player

*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
