Are you an accounting or finance professional? Can you talk the financial talk but are tired of walking the walk? Perhaps it’s time for a career change – and we need people just like you.

We are in need of a recruiter to allow us to continue providing our clients and candidates with the uncompromised CFS service they have grown accustomed to.

You will work to understand the needs of our clients on a position-by-position basis. Your role will involve client development, screening candidates by phone, interviewing new potential candidates and presenting candidates who are the “right fit” to our clients.

You must enjoy connecting with people via phone, meeting with people face-to-face and be committed to ensuring that our clients’ needs are met on a timely basis.

We are the largest privately-owned financial staffing company in the U.S. – 14 years in the making. Our success is due, in large part, to the way we treat our internal staff, candidates and clients -- with gold-star personalized professionalism.
