The Insurance Office of America, IOA, headquartered in Longwood, FL, is seeking the skills of someone very detail oriented who enjoys reconciliation.
Essential Functions of the Position:
Prepares monthly bank reconciliations Posts Intercompany transactions, including payroll journals and allocations from parent company Responsible for month and year-end closing of books Prepares financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement Prepares and posts journal entries Performs various banking-related duties to include, AP and AR functions Past payroll experience beneficial for knowledge reasons Special projects as neededA BS in Accounting is preferred, however, applicable experience will be taken into consideration.
