The Insurance Office of America, IOA, headquartered in Longwood, FL, is seeking the skills of someone very detail oriented who enjoys reconciliation.

Essential Functions of the Position:

Prepares monthly bank reconciliations Posts Intercompany transactions, including payroll journals and allocations from parent company Responsible for month and year-end closing of books Prepares financial statements, including balance sheet and income statement Prepares and posts journal entries Performs various banking-related duties to include, AP and AR functions Past payroll experience beneficial for knowledge reasons Special projects as needed

A BS in Accounting is preferred, however, applicable experience will be taken into consideration.
