Internationally known, well established, publicly traded company is seeking a hands on Accounting Manager.  Qualified candidates need to have strong financial statement preparation, financial reporting, GAAP, M & A, financial management and reporting. Candidates will also be expected to have competencies in the handling of regional accounting matters, consolidating the assets of multiple entities, budgeting, and forecasting. A minimum of 5 -7 years experience is required, public/private accounting preferred. This company offers an outstanding competitive benefits package, team friendly environment, and quality of life. Candidate need to be proficient with accounting software and know advanced Microsoft Excel, which includes Macros, Pivot Tables, and V/H-Lookups.
