Vaco Financial is currently recruiting for an Accounting Manager. This company is a premier developer in the Central Florida community. Position requires: * Ability to self direct * Timberline software experience a plus * Degree in accounting or finance. * Experience in property management or construction industry strongly preferred Position scope: * Month end close, financial reporting, and budgeting * Maintain chart of accounts and fixed asset database * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations * Special projects as determined by the Corporate Controller For immediate consideration email your resume as a Word document to Susie Bell at sbell@vaco.com.
